Our awnings are UPF 50+ certified, blocking over 98% of solar radiation for your complete safety.

How wind-resistant is it?
SUNTIPI awnings have been tested to withstand winds of up to 20 km/h.
For optimal stability, make sure to orient your awning correctly into the wind.

 

Is it difficult for one person to set up?
It's very quick and simple.
One person can have it ready in just 3 minutes thanks to its lightweight and intuitive design.

 

How much does it weigh and is it easy to transport?
The complete kit is ultra-light, weighing approximately 2 kg.
It includes a compact carrying bag so you can comfortably take it anywhere effortlessly.

Can I install it on surfaces other than sand?
Yes. SUNTIPI is versatile and can be installed on grass or similar surfaces.
The necessary pegs are already included in your kit for this purpose.

How should the awning be washed?
We recommend hand washing (max. 30°C) with neutral soap.
Do not use bleach or bleaches.
 
It is essential to always air dry it.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not iron.

We recommend rinsing with fresh water after use at the beach to remove salt residue.

Do you sell additional accessories or spare parts?
Yes. In our store, you can purchase additional poles if you wish to change the configuration or height of your shade.

What happens if the product has a defect?
At SUNTIPI, we work with high quality standards
to prevent this from happening.

However, if you find any manufacturing defect,
we will take immediate responsibility.
You have 14 days to contact us and we will arrange the
exchange or return at no cost to you.
